PAYMENT
A 50% deposit
is required when the order is placed, and payment in full
is required prior to the shipment of your order. Prices quoted for custom orders
include shipping and handling charges. Please note that manufacture
time can take up to eight (8) weeks, including shipping time.
RUSH ORDERS
Orders with a
due date of less than three (3) weeks will incur an
additional 50% charge. Nametag orders will be charged an additional
$1.00 per nametag. One week turnaround on nametag orders will
be charged $10.00 per nametag.
CANCELLATION / DESIGN CHANGES
Orders
cancelled after 15 days or after patch design set-up will
incur a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Currently, a
set-up fee is waived. Significant changes to a patch
design during initial set-up will incur a $35.00 fee.

We are pleased to
offer Paypal for our online and credit card payments. We can
also take credit card orders over the phone. However, if you
wish, you can still pay by mail.
